As soon as you step through the YW:OR door, we will lead you into the lobby. Here you can enjoy a cool drink after your journey and check in, just like at the reception of a luxury hotel. From the very first moment, you can experience Re:Guest and the integration of the selected apps from our Marketplace in action. Everything is designed to make your welcome experience as smooth and high-quality as possible.

Training and workshops

YW:OR's lobby is also the centrepiece of our Academy, where bespoke training, workshops on how to get the most out of Re:Guest and meet and greets with selected partners take place. An annual event that keeps your team up to date and maximises the potential of Re:Guest by transforming your team and you into sales and communication experts.

The most tangible aspect of software is the people who conceived and developed it. Being part of YW:OR means having direct contact with the people who brought Re:Guest to life. In our lobby, you have the unique opportunity to meet our team, exchange ideas and learn more about the history of Re:Guest. Getting to know us not only allows you to uncover well-kept secrets about the development of Re:Guest. It also opens the door to the future, lets you share visions and helps you understand the direction Re:Guest will take you.

Do I have to bring my own computer to the Academy?

No, we provide everything you need: Computer, notepad and pen.

Who leads the training?

A member of the Re:Guest team will lead the training, depending on the topic chosen. Your trainer could be a member of Customer Service, your Account Executive or your Customer Success Manager. He or she will liaise with you prior to your training.

How long does the training take?

The training course lasts half a day, with breaks in between.
