You will stay in a design suite in Merano that feels unmistakably Re:Guest, and drink Re:Guest-inspired sparkling wine.

Partly yes, partly no: To visit the experiential world of YW:OR, you do not need to be a customer; just book a visit. However, to stay at YW:OR, you must be a member, and this is only possible for Re:Guest customers.

We know that many are not fully utilizing the potential of Re:Guest, thus missing out on bookings, efficiency, and satisfied guests. By becoming a member, we offer you support, advice, and training that benefit everyone: you as a hotelier, your team, and your guests.

You will have the best reason to visit Merano at least once a year. A Customer Success Manager will take care of you, analyze how you work with Re:Guest, and provide comprehensive advice. Your team will enjoy an update training every year on Re:Guest and all its new features.

The membership costs 1,980€ per year. You can see it as a sort of annual full check-up. This ensures that everything is working as it should.

The membership is valid for your entire team. As for staying in our Penthouse with two double beds, we can accommodate up to four people.
